My red wrap is done and has been given as a gift to a very good friend. She was so happy and showed it off all day last Friday.



Ruffles and Ridges wrap in red. The color is a little off in this one.



La couleur ressort beaucoup mieux dans le detail de la deuxième photo.

Le mois d'April propose les couleurs jaune et orange.

Je suis en réflexion mais je crois que je vais tricoter un foulard en coton comme ceci mais avec des bandes plus mince. J'ai tricoté ce foulard le printemps dernier dans des teintes de bleu, vert avec une bande en jaune.

Project Spectrum

Project Spectrum is something a fun idea to help us be creative and crafty.

Creating colors. Lolly, from Lolly Knitting around got this idea to celebrate colors. It's a 6 months project from March to August. Each month having one or two colors to choose from.

March is Red and/or Pink.

I've started on MagKnits Ruffles and Ridges wrap in red cotton yarn I got last year in one of my shopping spree.

Le chapeau a été tricoté par ma mère. J'ai brodé les motifs péruviens. Le patron des motifs est tiré du dernier numéro de Knit.1 le chapeau Péruvien Chu'llu.





It's still missing the braids and the tassel.

Knitting Olympics project

Mon foulard pour les Olympiques du tricot a été complété à temps, le samedi avant la cérénomie de clôture.

I found the pattern boring and I never got my head around it. I had to check every single row on the pattern because I couldn't memorize it. I won't be knitting another Wavy scarf in the near future. Still, I'm proud of myself because I finished it and in time. : )
