Projets terminés et en cours

J'ai fini quelques morceaux qui traînaient depuis plusieurs mois ce week-end et j'ai avancé le projet spectrum de juin.

J'ai terminé Nautie de Knitty. Il ne restait qu'à coudre la tête au corps. Et voilà, un petit crustacé.

J'ai terminé une paire de chaussettes pour bébé qui étaient sur les aiguilles depuis plus de 6 mois. Un copie quasi exacte à celle-ci.



Le projet Spectrum de juin atteint 10 pouces sur les 24 pouces nécessaire.

Projet Spectrum Juin

The color is "something blue". I got some really nice Elann Sonata 100% cotton in Cape Cod Blue and started on Aibhlinn a few days ago.

It knits pretty quickly and is not too hard to memorize. So I can knit and watch something on the tele or listen to a podcast without having to frog rows and rows. I haven't started back on Branching out because I'm up to, oh, my 9th try.

Clapotis et Manos del Uraguay yarn

J'ai terminé un autre clapotis. This one for a friend who's going to climb up the Kilimanjaro. J'ai aussi terminé il y a quelques semaines le foulard My so called scarf in Manos del Uruguay (Flame color 115). I just loved knitting with that yarn.

Le clapotis a été tricoté avec de la Bernat Satin acrylique. It's soft and comfy. J'ai traduit le patron en français pour ma maman mais avec des abréviations qui ne faisait pas trop sens mais on a pu finalement se comprendre. She's knitting one in a very nice shade of turquoise.



The scarf I just love and makes me almost wish for some snow. Almost. I'm enjoying the sun and warm way too much.
